The president said he is going to “build a wall” to keep Mexico from invading the U.S. and he plans to create a “big beautiful wall.”
He also said he would make a decision about the future of his controversial border wall within weeks.
Trump has promised to build the wall in six months, which would be the longest in history.
Trump is also expected to announce that he will end the DACA program, which allows young people to stay in the country if they meet certain requirements, including that they can pass a criminal background check.
He also will announce that the Department of Homeland Security will have a new border wall.
He is expected to unveil his first budget that will include a massive tax cut, but it is not clear whether that will be in the form of a tax hike.
